I write fiction, train consistently (running + strength), and document what I learn along the way. If you want the short version: I like clean systems, strong routines, and creative output that actually ships.
I’m focused on one thing: consistent output. In writing, that means finishing books. In sport, that means showing up and building capacity. On Substack I share ideas, experiments, and lessons learned.
Currently: writing, training, and building a stronger publishing rhythm. I prefer simple tools, clean execution, and a calm workflow that compounds.

The Other One
A slow-burn psychological thriller about a woman haunted by an unseen presence and the past she refuses to remember.
Rooms Without Names
After a sudden accident leaves him in a coma, a man drifts through possible lives and fragments of the past, racing to understand who he is before the machines keeping him alive are switched off.
I publish posts about habits, experimentation, and the creator process. Sometimes it’s training, sometimes mindset, sometimes shipping books.
I train like a long game: build aerobic base, keep strength in the week, and avoid overcomplicating it. Consistency beats intensity I can’t sustain.
If you’re here for the work: start with the book section and then the Substack. That’s the most accurate snapshot of what I’m building.
